Fortunately, the nature of the protocol leaves room for proper group administration, especially at the regional level. In fact it's the opposite, we are enthusiastic about emerging cryptocurrencies but wish to fix them before wide adoption causes hobbiests and experts lose influence in the currency to gullible users and persuasive authoritarians.
